Guard the Gospel

Acts 15:1-35

We gather every Sunday to hear the gospel of Jesus Christ proclaimed. God's word is preached and the Holy Spirit transforms our hearts. We expect to encounter Jesus and be equipped to better serve him each week.

Thanks to all who missed the sermon because you were serving during the service. We are grateful for you and couldn't have done it without you. Enjoy listening to the recording.

Put On Your Apron

There’s no Chili Cook Off without chili. That’s why we need you! You’re our chefs and this is a competition. It’s a Freestyle Chili Cook Off which means if you call it chili, we will judge you. You could be crowned champion of heat, flavor, or creativity. So pull out all the stops.

Run With Your Neighbors

A New Neighborhood Run Club

At the members’ meeting a couple weeks back, we announced a new initiative: The Old Towne Run Club. Church members will be meeting weekly for fitness and friendships. Runners of all levels are invited. We hope this will provide a context to get to know our neighbors.

Your Participation is Key

The details are still being finalized. We’re looking for church members who want to help get this off the ground. If you’re interested, please fill out the form below and we’ll be in touch with more info.

Nominate A Manly Man

Manhood as It’s Meant to Be

Each Father’s Day, we bestow the Manly Man Award on one individual. This award isn’t for muscles or beards or aggression. Rather, we give this award to a man who has exhibited the things God desires in men who live for His glory. This individual’s life is an example of true biblical manhood.

We want to hear from you about how the men in our church glorify God. You can do this by nominating someone to receive this award on Father’s Day. Any and every man in the church is a candidate.

Please fill out the form below to submit your nomination(s). The deadline is this Sunday, June 11th. So, send us your candidate right away.

Praying For You

Life is filled with both blessings and difficulties. One of the ways God amplifies our joys and comforts us in our sorrows is through one another’s prayers.

Every Sunday service, we pause in the middle for a pastoral prayer. It’s a regular chance for our pastors and leaders to pray publicly for needs in our body.

Do you have an upcoming surgery or procedure?
Did you or a loved one recently receive a difficult diagnosis?
Are you on the hunt for a job?

If you’d like us to pray for you on an upcoming Sunday, let us know using the form below.
