Don't Do Christianity Alone

Join Us for ‘One Another’ Ministry

Twice a month we gather in homes throughout the city to know one another, grow with one another, and serve one another. The Bible is filled with “one another” commands: Love one another. Pray for one another. Speak truth to one another. Bear one another’s burdens.

Small groups are our strategy for equipping you to do “one another” ministry.

Our church loves small groups. The warmth of relationship we experience in this church has been fostered in these meetings. So if you’re new to the church and wondering what the next step to connect is, join a small group.

There’s more info here. Contact our office if you want to talk to a pastor.

As the presidential election approaches, we’re talking politics at small group. Each group meets next week to seek God for grace to “be subject for the Lord’s sake to every human institution” (1 Peter 2:13). We’d love for you to be part of the discussion.

Don’t be anonymous.
Don’t be unknown.
Don’t be a lone ranger.

Jump in with a few people who love God and would like to get to know you and help you love God as well. Join a small group.

Pastor Mike's Sabbatical

We love the Davises

Pastor Mike and his wife, Lois, are on their way to Dallas this week. We’re sending them to a conference for those who lead marriage courses. We’re making an investment in them as they continue to invest in our marriages.

Pastor Mike serves us as a volunteer. This is one small way we can thank him for serving, equip him to serve, and give him a refreshing break.

Pray for Mike and Lois as they enjoy this time together.

We're Back from Church Camp

A Weekend to Remember

We missed those who couldn’t attend and we missed being in Orange. But we had a wonderful time at Church Camp 2024. The Lord used Pastor Eric’s preaching to impress upon us these three important words from His Word: love, fight, rest. May God give us grace to do all three.

If you have photos from camp, please send them in to photos@sgcorange.com.

The pastors want to thank all of you who attended. Here are a few folks who played a big role that we want to publicly thank:

  • Chris and Wendy Macadam for being our Camp Hosts with the most!

  • Craig and Micki Migasi for handling snacks and s’mores at the campfire.

  • Melissa Gartner, Mark Esposito, and Dave Christensen for leading Saturday activities.

  • Kirsi Turbedsky and Stephanie Cochran for setting up our kids’ play area.

We’re glad to be back and refreshed to continue spreading the joy of Jesus in Orange.

It's Here

Church Camp 2024

Our whole church is getting away to the mountains this weekend. In just 48 hours we’ll be driving up to Idyllwild, CA for a spiritually refreshing time together.

Check out our Church Camp FAQs here. Contact the church office with any questions.

How Should I Prepare?

Pray for God’s blessing on our camp.

Think about who you want to make a connection with.

Check your email for a message from the church office with detailed instructions, directions, and a packing list. It will be hot this weekend. Bring a fan or two for your room.

If you have kids, listen to our Church Camp Playlist to get them ready to sing. Put it on during the drive.

What Should I do If I’m Not Going?

Visit our sister church in Santa Ana this Sunday. The members of Cross of Grace would love to worship and fellowship with you.

It'll Be Worth It in the End

Isaiah 35

We gather every Sunday to hear the gospel of Jesus Christ proclaimed. God's Word is preached and the Holy Spirit transforms our hearts. We expect to encounter God and be equipped to better serve him each week.

Thanks to all who missed the sermon because you were serving during the service. We are grateful for you and couldn't have done it without you. Enjoy listening to the recording.
