Doing Good in Our Neighborhood

House of Hope

The House of Hope is a great place to give your time, energy, and kindness to our neighbors. We’re there on Wednesdays to serve a meal, build relationships with the residents, and play games with the kids. The more church members who join, the merrier. Come experience all the great things the Lord is doing. Hit the button below to contact Diane for more information.

Spiritual People Using Their Gifts

1 Corinthians 12:1-11

We gather every Sunday to hear the gospel of Jesus Christ proclaimed. God's Word is preached and the Holy Spirit transforms our hearts. We expect to encounter God and be equipped to better serve him each week.

Thanks to all who missed the sermon because you were serving during the service. We are grateful for you and couldn't have done it without you. Enjoy listening to the recording.

Pray For The Pastors And Wives Retreat

Caring for Those Who Care for Us

The pastors and their wives from the west region of our denomination are coming to Orange County this week for their annual Pastors & Wives Retreat. Would you join us in praying for God to meet with them and refresh them through the retreat? Pray for their marriages to be faithful, peaceful, and fruitful. Pray for their children to be saved and grow in the Lord. Pray for Mark and Jill Prater who are leading the retreat. Pray for the wives to connect with one another and benefit from their fellowship.

Thank you for praying with us!

Community On Purpose

One Another Ministry

Twice a month we gather in homes throughout the city to know one another, grow with one another, and serve one another. The Bible is filled with “one another” commands: Love one another. Pray for one another. Speak truth to one another. Bear one another’s burdens.

Small groups are our strategy for equipping you to do “one another” ministry.

Our church loves small groups. And the warmth of relationship we experience in this church has been fostered in these smaller meetings. So if you’re new to the church and wondering what the next step to connect is, let us invite you to join a small group.

There’s more info here. Contact our office if you want to talk to a pastor.

Don’t be anonymous.
Don’t be unknown.
Don’t be a lone ranger.

Jump in with a few people who love God and would like to get to know you and help you love God as well. Join a small group.

A Place To Serve

Sundays at Sovereign Grace

“As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace…”
1 Peter 4:10

God has equipped each of us to serve. He has given us experiences, gifts, motivation, and energy. Whether you have an “official” or an “unofficial” assignment, each member is a critical part of our local church. Nothing helps us feel more like part of the church than serving the church.

Sunday mornings provide a number of ways to bless the church with your time and talents. If you’re looking for somewhere to serve, we’d love to find the right spot. Work side-by-side with other brothers and sisters: setting up and tearing down, greeting, and children’s ministry are the big ones, but there are others as well.

If you’re ready to get started, send an email to the church office and we’ll get you connected.
